01How do Flow Guard and Flow Care differ?+
Guard provides defined maintenance and monitoring without personal support time. Care adds phone/remote support, backup status checks, IT reviews, FlowLoop and FlowTime.
02Is personal IT support unlimited?+
No. Care includes 30 base minutes plus 5 minutes per PC each month, shared across the customer. 3 / 5 / 10 PCs mean 45 / 55 / 80 minutes. Guard has no personal support allowance.
03How is extra support billed?+
Only with prior approval, at €95 per hour. On-site: first hour in full, then started 15-minute increments. Remote: 15-minute units; a full minimum hour only if expressly agreed. Travel is separate.
04Are Windows updates and antivirus included?+
The endpoint product and included licences must be specified before a binding quotation. Unconfirmed protection licences are not promised as included. Defined security updates and agreed standard applications are managed; not every application is automatically covered.
05Are complete backups included?+
No. Care reviews available information from existing backups. Backup design, operation, full recovery and recovery testing are separate services.
06What are FlowLoop and FlowTime?+
Recurring IT problems are not considered in isolation. We document patterns, identify possible causes and propose useful improvements. If you do not need all your monthly support time, we can use a limited share for small improvements to your IT. At most 50% of actually unused quarterly support time, capped at 30 minutes per quarter. Only when commissioned, with no double use of minutes. Billing and expiry rules still require contractual agreement.
07How many PCs can you manage?+
Guard starts with one technically suitable PC; Care starts with three. The calculator covers 1–50 PCs; larger environments receive an individual proposal. Technical suitability and the agreed service scope are assessed before setup.
08What is a workflow?+
A defined process: for example, capture a customer enquiry, record its details in the appropriate system and notify the responsible person automatically.
09How do Maintenance and Build differ?+
Maintenance supports configured workflows. New workflows can be developed separately; existing workflows are assessed before takeover. Build creates the agreed new micro-workflows, then maintains them. No separate creation fee for these included workflows. FlowLab is offered exclusively as a Flow Care add-on.
10Why is initial workflow creation agreed separately?+
Maintenance supports existing workflows. Subject to assessment, a new very simple micro-workflow starts at €449 and a suitable takeover at €149 each. A separately scoped standard workflow starts at €749 and is not automatically part of micro-workflow allowances. Included Build workflows are not charged again.
11What changes for FlowLab Build after twelve months?+
The temporary creation portion ends. From month 13, the corresponding Maintenance rate is intended to apply as agreed in your individual contract. Care remains a separate prerequisite.
12Are software, AI API and hosting costs included?+
Excludes external software and platform licences, hardware, hosting, AI/API usage and additional commissioned services. These costs will be quoted separately in advance.
13How does onboarding work?+
We record agreed devices and access, assess suitability, licences and required data-processing arrangements, then implement only the approved scope. IT setup and any workflow work are itemised separately.
14What response times are available?+
The service window is agreed individually. General availability: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00. No guaranteed response time, 24/7 availability or immediate resolution is promised.
15Can I change or cancel my package?+
Changes, duration, cancellation and FlowLab dependencies are agreed in your individual quotation and contract. Build is designed for a twelve-month minimum term. Monthly cancellation is not generally promised; existing contracts remain unchanged.
16How do micro-workflows and automation sprints differ?+
A micro-workflow is a small standard automation. The sprint from €1,490 involves more analysis, design, development, coordination, testing and training. Complex APIs, migrations, accounting integrations and AI agents require an individual proposal.
