Services, setup and limitations

Manual maintenance time is shared across the package, not per workflow. It generally expires after the quarter; statutory remedies and service obligations must be defined separately in the contract. No unlimited fixes or new development.
New micro-workflows are commissioned separately. We assess suitable existing workflows before takeover. Suitability, setup and scope are agreed in advance.
A very simple micro-workflow: one trigger, one or two simple actions and at most two compatible applications with available standard connectors. Technical suitability and exact scope are assessed first.
A separately scoped standard workflow is not automatically part of micro-workflow allowances. Complex APIs, migrations, AI agents and extensive accounting integrations are quoted individually.
Excludes external software and platform licences, hardware, hosting, AI/API usage and additional commissioned services. These costs will be quoted separately in advance.
Micro-workflow or automation sprint?
A very simple micro-workflow: one trigger, one or two simple actions and at most two compatible applications with available standard connectors. Technical suitability and exact scope are assessed first.
A sprint involves a broader analysis, development and coordination scope: design, implementation, testing, handover and training. Complex APIs, data migrations, AI agents and accounting integrations are individual projects.

A defined process: for example, capture a customer enquiry, record its details in the appropriate system and notify the responsible person automatically.
02How do Maintenance and Build differ?+
Maintenance supports configured workflows. New workflows can be developed separately; existing workflows are assessed before takeover. Build creates the agreed new micro-workflows, then maintains them. No separate creation fee for these included workflows. FlowLab is offered exclusively as a Flow Care add-on.
03Why is initial workflow creation agreed separately?+
Maintenance supports existing workflows. New micro-workflows and takeover of existing processes require their own suitability assessment and commission. Standard workflows are separate projects. Included Build workflows are not charged again. Rates are listed on our pricing page.
04What changes for FlowLab Build after twelve months?+
The temporary creation portion ends. From month 13, the corresponding Maintenance rate is intended to apply as agreed in your individual contract. Care remains a separate prerequisite.
05Are software, AI API and hosting costs included?+
Excludes external software and platform licences, hardware, hosting, AI/API usage and additional commissioned services. These costs will be quoted separately in advance.
06Can I change or cancel my package?+
Changes, duration, cancellation and FlowLab dependencies are agreed in your individual quotation and contract. Build is designed for a twelve-month minimum term. Monthly cancellation is not generally promised; existing contracts remain unchanged.
07How do micro-workflows and automation sprints differ?+
A micro-workflow is a small standard automation. The sprint involves more analysis, design, development, coordination, testing and training. Complex APIs, migrations, accounting integrations and AI agents require an individual proposal.
