2. Data-minimising design

This website currently embeds no analytics, marketing, mapping, video or social-media content and sets no optional cookies. Fonts and brand images are served locally.

3. Technical delivery and hosting

Technically required connection and log data may be processed when the website is accessed, including IP address, date and time, requested address, transferred volume, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary for secure and stable delivery and for error and abuse detection. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website is technically hosted on behalf of Bahrflow IT using ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI Ireland Ltd., 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland. OpenAI processes required data as a processor under the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum. Further information is available in the ChatGPT Sites Terms.

OpenAI may use subprocessors. According to OpenAI, transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, particularly Standard Contractual Clauses. Technical log data is processed only for as long as required for operation, security, troubleshooting and legal obligations.

4. Email enquiries

The form sends no data to the website server. It opens a prepared email on your device. Only when you send that email do we process the information to answer your enquiry. Email is provided through IONOS and access is generally limited to the proprietor. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication. Enquiries are deleted when no longer required, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

5. WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp, the official TeamViewer download and the Google Business Profile are linked but not embedded. No content from these providers is loaded merely by visiting this website. Opening a link takes you to the external provider, which may process data under its own privacy terms. Prefer email or telephone for sensitive information.

6. Cookies and consent

No optional cookies or consent-requiring tracking services are currently used, so no consent banner is displayed. If such services are added later, an appropriate consent system will be implemented before activation.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with future effect and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

8. Objection to processing under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We will then cease processing the data unless compelling legitimate grounds or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require otherwise.

9. Automated decisions

This website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
